Let's take a
scroll together.

I'm sharing this because I love you.

Let's go!
the question

Why does God feel so far away from me?

We are separated from God. It's part of our human fabric. We know something is missing but never sure what.

And yet, there is a desire to be complete.

the distraction

Why do things sometimes feel so empty?

Life is full of distractions, often keeping us from confronting what is truly important. Nothing we do or buy can ever fill our need for God. And in those quiet moments we know everything is not alright.

We sense God is drawing us to him.

the answer

How do I go about finding God?

God wants to be found and has done everything to help us fill our emptiness and remove our separation.

But you must take the final steps ...

ADMIT that we are separated from God and that He came into this world as Jesus and took upon Himself everything that would ever separate us from God.

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

• Romans 5:8

BELIEVE that Jesus died and came back to life to end our separation.

For God so loved the world that He gave his only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but has everlasting life.

• John 3:16

CALL upon Jesus and ask him to come into your life. God is faithful and reveals Himself to those who genuinely seek him.

Behold, I stand at the door and am knocking; if any one hears my voice and open the door, I will come in and sup with them, and they with me.

• Revelation 3:20
it's finished

REMEMBER this is the day you asked Jesus into your life. It’s not about feelings but a moment in time you, by faith, responded to God’s love.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ our Lord.

• Romans 8:38-39
